Your Guide to Placing an online order
Firstly Click on MY ACCOUNT – This can be found on the main Menu bar on the far right. If you are a new customer Create an Account – If you are a returning cutomer Log in. In order to generate Loyalty point you will need to register the first time visiting the website and a returning customer you need to log in. If you check out as a guest your points will not be allocated.
Click on the SHOP tab on the main menu bar – Or Type the names of the items you are looking for in one of the Search Blocks
- Selecting your items:
Beneath each item you will see a tab marked “add to cart.” Click on this and then repeat for all the items that you wish to order. If you would like to review the items that you have selected, you can click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page.
Once you are finished shopping, you can click on the “checkout” . You will then be asked to fill in your billing and delivery details.
You can then choose whether you would like to pay via:
PayFast, (credit card payments) or
Direct bank transfer (EFT) Please use order number and name as reference. Please email proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
4. Place order:
Click the “place order” tab and the order will be sent straight through to us. An invoice and confirmation of your order will be emailed directly to you.
As soon as we have your order and payment, you will be sent an email to advise that your order is being processed.
