RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website in the form of a discount, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 7 (Seven) days to return or exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund (discount) within 14 (Fourteen) Calendar days of your purchase.
After the 7 (seven) day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to choose the correct items and ensure this is what you want and meets your needs.
To be eligible for a refund (in the forms of a discount), all physical products must be packed in the original, undamaged packaging including any accessories, labels, manuals, documentation that shipped with the product. Remember we are working with food grade items. If the article is returned unopened in the original box. Opened and used items will not be refunded for credit or exchanged. Therefore we encourage you to make 100% sure that you are happy with your purchase. Should you need assistance to make sure of this please contact our office on +27 83 381 3931. If the article is returned unopened in the original packaging undamaged we will exchange it or offer you a credit on the item based on the original method of payment excluding any shipping charges.
Once your returned article is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account with us within 14 days. Your credit note will be send to you via email.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Products with obvious signs of use;
- Any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces for reasons that are not due to our error
- Any article returned more that 30 days after delivery
We do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are defective
Exchange (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your article, unless the article is defective. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a refund, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending in where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
